Preview
Window is the area in Outlook Express, Eudora and other email
clients where part of an email appears even if the user has not
opened the email.
PositiveRemove
insures that the unsubscribe happens. No matter who sends it in
or where it comes from. The Unsubscribe MailTo is positively linked
to the subscriber.
SoftBounce
is a mechanism for getting real bounces off the subscriber list
while allowing for "hiccups" or "glitches" in
the Internet. On any given day, a certain small percentage of emails
will bounce because the server is temporarily down, the user's mailbox
is full, or other subtle reasons. This is a soft bounce and will
not cause the subscriber to be suspended. Only when a number of
consectutive soft bounces accumulate is the subscriber suspended
and our client notified.
Unique

"Open" can occur even when the the email appears in a
Preview Window.

happens when your letter is available to be seen or opened by a
reader. A"View" does not neccessarily mean someone read
the letter.
